Joint Venture Fishery Project
Myanmar owned Vantage Co.,Ltd with one Thai based company
for formation and carry on the fishing enterprise in the
name of JV Co.,Ltd, in accordance with the Joint Venture
rules and regulation of Fishery Department, Ministry of live
Stock & Fishery, Union of Myanmar.
Fishing Zone
- J.V Fishing vessels are to fish outside the Territorial
Sea.
- Vessels are to fish in fishing areas assigned by the
Department of Fisheries.
Catch sharing
15 percent of the catch to be given to Myanmar Government
( DOF ) ( in value or in kind ) by the J.V Company.
Tax
10 percent of the export proceeds in US Dollars by the
exporter ( JV Company ).
